Over the past year, our experimentation with DAO tooling, wallets, organizing people, and NFTs has created amazing results. Working with philanthropies and incredible artists has positively impacted the Stellar ecosystem and our partners. Unfortunately, the value we created has not translated into a financially stable DAO.

Today we announce we will be continuing our creative spirit under the leadership and financial stewardship of ACTION token. Starting immediately, you will all have an option to exchange your JPEG tokens for ACTION tokens at a rate of 1:77. Simply use the swap feature on any Stellar wallet and swap your JPEG for ACTION.

After this process is complete, JPEG operations will shut down.

However, we can continue our journey within the ACTION community! Here’s how:

· If you had a JPEG initiative, reach out to the ACTION community within their discord and receive financial as well as personnel support. ACTION is reserving a budget for JPEG initiatives.

· If you are an artist or work with artists, ACTION offers you a lot! Get involved and ping their discord for details!

· Lastly — download the ACTION app on the app store and support their initiatives! ACTION is onboarding brands and people onto Stellar and NFTs at a rapid pace. Their secret is two fold:

o Connecting brands to fans

o Interactive and really fun AR and VR experiences!

JPEG Community — we don’t lose our shirt financially, we stop having to worry about treasury management, and we get to continue our creative initiatives. LFG — this is a pretty good deal 😊
